Payment & Cancellation Policy

Accepted currencies on arrival: USD • EUR • GBP • EGP • CAD • AUD and most major currencies.

We understand that plans evolve. If you need to adjust your itinerary — changing dates, adding or removing services, or amending group size — please contact our operations team as early as possible. We’ll check availability and advise on any cost implications. Amendment requests made fewer than 7 days before arrival may not be possible to accommodate. Minor changes are generally free of charge; significant changes may incur supplier fees.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to info@topclassegypttravel.com. Verbal cancellations are not accepted. The cancellation charge is calculated as a percentage of the total confirmed tour price.

Stricter cancellation terms apply during high-demand periods. If your trip falls within a peak season window, the following charges apply instead of the standard schedule above.

In the unlikely event that the Company is required to cancel your confirmed tour, you will be offered either a full refund of all payments made to us, or a rescheduled tour on alternative dates at no additional cost. The Company is not liable for additional expenses independently incurred by the Client — such as international flights or accommodation booked outside our arrangements — in the event of a Company-initiated cancellation.

Where a refund is due under the cancellation schedule above, we process it promptly and transparently. Here is how it works:

You may request to postpone your tour to a future date, provided that no hotel, flight, or cruise bookings have yet been confirmed on your behalf by our operations team. Once the postponement is agreed in writing, any subsequent cancellation of the rescheduled dates will be subject to the standard cancellation policy calculated from the date of the new confirmation.

Entry rules depend on your nationality. Check your own case before you travel — we are happy to advise, but the final responsibility for holding the correct visa rests with the traveller.

Prices shown on the website are guide prices, quoted in USD per person and based on two people sharing a double room. Your final price depends on the number of travellers, your travel dates and season, the hotel category you choose, and domestic flight availability. Once your booking is confirmed the price is fixed — there are no hidden extras.

Standard room amenities: television • air conditioning • private bathroom • hairdryer • safe.

Children are charged as a percentage of the adult price, based on their age on the date of travel.

To complete a booking we need the following for every traveller: full names exactly as they appear in the passport, dates of birth, nationalities, passport numbers (valid for at least six months), your international flight details for arrival and departure, and the payment receipt once the deposit has been sent.

Excess baggage charges are set by the airline and paid at the airport.

Domestic flights are operated by EgyptAir (the national carrier), Air Cairo, Fly Egypt and Nile Air. Your flight details are confirmed to you before travel. All flights are non-smoking; sports equipment may carry an extra fee and musical instruments must be declared in advance.
