Booking your dream Egypt Tour Package is simple and secure. You can reserve your trip through our website, by phone, by email, or in person. Once we receive your request, we’ll send you a customized itinerary and payment details to confirm your booking.

We offer convenient and secure payment options to ensure a smooth and stress-free booking experience.

• Deposit: A 25% deposit is required to confirm your tour reservation. The exact amount may vary depending on the selected tour and services.

• Second Payment: 50% of the total amount is due six weeks before your arrival.

• Final Payment: The remaining balance can be settled upon arrival in Egypt. You may pay in cash or by credit/debit card (please note that card payments may be subject to additional fees).

Accepted Payment Methods:
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash.

Plans can change, and we’re here to help. Here’s how cancellations work:

• More than 45 days before your tour: Full refund minus bank charges.
• 45 to 31 days: 25% cancellation fee.
• 30 to 15 days: 60% cancellation fee.
• 14 to 7 days: 90% cancellation fee.
• Less than 7 days or no-show: No refund.

If we need to cancel a tour for safety or logistical reasons, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Need to modify your itinerary or travel dates? Contact us at least 7 days in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, though additional charges may apply based on the nature of the change.

Each Egypt Tour Package clearly outlines what’s included and excluded. Typically:

• Accommodation
• Airport transfers & transport during the tour
• Entry fees to historical sites and museums
• Meals as mentioned
• Licensed Egyptologist guides

Not included:

• International airfare
• Entry visa to Egypt
• Tipping (guides, drivers, etc.)
• Personal expenses
• Travel insurance

To Book Egypt Tours Online, travelers must have a valid passport (with at least 6 months’ validity from your travel date) and meet visa requirements. We’re happy to assist with information on tourist visas to Egypt.

Your safety and comfort matter to us. We recommend visiting your doctor for health advice before traveling. Please inform us of any medical conditions, food allergies, or mobility issues so we can tailor your trip accordingly.

While travel insurance is not mandatory, we highly recommend it. It offers protection in case of trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost baggage during your Tours in Egypt.

In rare cases like political instability, natural disasters, or health crises, we may need to cancel or adjust your itinerary. In such events, we’ll work with you to find the best solution, including rescheduling or refunds when possible.

We handpick every hotel, guide, and service provider to offer the best experience. However, we are not liable for unforeseen issues caused by third-party providers. That said, our team will always be available to support you on the ground.
