⚖️ LEGAL & BOOKING AGREEMENT
Terms & Conditions
Booking & Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit and written confirmation from the Company. Verbal or informal agreements do not constitute a binding reservation. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Payment schedules and deposit amounts vary by tour type — full details are set out in our Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy.
Accuracy of Information
The Client is responsible for providing accurate personal details at the time of booking, including full legal names as they appear on the passport, nationality, travel dates, dietary requirements, and any relevant medical or mobility conditions. The Company cannot be held liable for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Client.
Passport, Visa & Entry Requirements
All clients must hold a valid passport with a minimum of six months’ validity beyond their intended return date. Obtaining the appropriate Egyptian entry visa is the sole responsibility of the Client. The Company may provide general guidance on visa options (visa on arrival, e-visa, or embassy visa) but bears no liability for entry refusals, delays, or additional costs caused by document issues.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all bookings. We advise that your policy covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies abroad, medical evacuation, lost or delayed baggage, and flight disruptions. The Company accepts no liability for any losses, costs, or damages that would have been covered by appropriate travel insurance.
Health & Medical Conditions
Clients with pre-existing medical conditions, mobility limitations, food allergies, or other health considerations must disclose these at the time of booking. The Company will make all reasonable efforts to accommodate such requirements but cannot guarantee suitability for every element of a given itinerary. We recommend consulting a physician prior to travel.

Client Conduct & Responsibilities
Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward Egyptian culture, traditions, and heritage sites at all times. Modest dress is required when visiting mosques, churches, and other religious sites. Clients must follow all reasonable instructions from guides and Company representatives. The Company reserves the right to remove any client from a tour without refund if their behaviour poses a risk to themselves, to other travellers, or to heritage sites.
The Company’s Obligations
The Company commits to providing the services described in the confirmed itinerary to a professional standard. This includes arranging licensed and knowledgeable guides, vetted transport providers, and contracted accommodation. The Company acts as an intermediary between the Client and third-party service providers — including hotels, airlines, and cruise operators — and, while it exercises due care in selecting these partners, it cannot be held liable for failures or omissions by third parties beyond its control.
Itinerary Changes by the Company
The Company reserves the right to make minor itinerary adjustments due to operational, safety, or logistical reasons. Where a significant change becomes necessary, the Client will be notified as promptly as possible and offered a suitable alternative or, where applicable, a proportional refund for the affected portion of the tour.
Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or itinerary changes caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of government or authority, civil unrest, pandemics, extreme weather, or airline disruptions. In such events, the Company will make every reasonable effort to assist the Client in rescheduling their trip or recovering eligible costs.
Complaints & Disputes
Any complaint arising during a tour must be reported to the Company representative or tour leader immediately to allow resolution in real time. Written complaints submitted after the conclusion of a tour must be received within 14 days of the return date. The Company will not consider claims submitted after this period. We take all feedback seriously and are committed to fair and prompt resolution.
Limitation of Liability
The Company’s total liability to any Client shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the services in question. The Company is not liable for indirect losses, loss of enjoyment, or consequential damages of any kind arising from third-party failures, force majeure, or circumstances outside the Company’s direct control.
Data Privacy
Personal data collected during the booking process is used solely for the purpose of arranging and managing your travel services. It is shared only with relevant third-party suppliers — such as hotels, airlines, and guides — as strictly required to fulfil your booking. Your data is never sold, rented, or shared for marketing purposes. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
