1 Booking Your Tour
Booking your Egypt tour is simple. You can reach us through:
- Website – Book online anytime
- Phone – Talk to our travel experts
- Email – Get a customized quote
- Office Visit – Meet us in Cairo
What happens next? After receiving your request, we’ll send you a personalized itinerary with pricing. Once approved, we’ll send payment instructions to confirm your booking.
2 Payment Policy
We offer flexible payment options for your convenience:

Accepted Methods: Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfer, Cash
Note: Card payments in Egypt may include a small processing fee. Cash payments have no extra charges.


3 Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change. Here’s our cancellation schedule:

| 45 – 31 days before | 75% refund |
| 30 – 15 days before | 40% refund |
| 14 – 7 days before | 10% refund |

If we cancel: You’ll receive a full refund or option to reschedule at no extra cost.
4 Changing Your Booking
Need to modify your trip? No problem.
- Contact us at least 7 days before your tour
- We’ll check availability for your new dates
- Minor changes are usually free
- Major changes may have additional costs
Tip: The earlier you contact us, the easier it is to make changes without extra fees.


5 What’s Included & Excluded
Each tour package clearly states what’s covered:

6 Passport & Visa
Before traveling to Egypt, please ensure:
- Valid passport – Must be valid for at least 6 months
- Tourist visa – Required for most nationalities
Visa options:
- Visa on arrival – $25 USD, available for many countries
- E-Visa – Apply online before your trip
- Embassy visa – For nationalities not eligible for the above

7 Health & Safety
Your wellbeing is our priority. We recommend:
- Visit your doctor before traveling
- Bring any personal medications you need
- Stay hydrated, especially in summer
- Use sunscreen and wear a hat

- Mobility issues

8 Travel Insurance
While not mandatory, we strongly recommend travel insurance. It protects you against:

- Flight disruptions
Important: We are not liable for losses if you travel without insurance.


9 Unexpected Events
In rare cases of force majeure, tours may be affected:
- Natural disasters
- Political situations
- Health emergencies
- Severe weather
Our promise: We’ll work with you to reschedule or provide refunds when possible.
10 Our Responsibilities
As your travel partner, we commit to:

- Providing licensed, knowledgeable guides
- Arranging safe and reliable transportation
- Offering 24/7 support during your trip
Note: While we aren’t responsible for third-party issues, our team will always assist you in resolving any problems.


11 Your Responsibilities
We ask all guests to:
- Respect Egyptian culture and traditions
- Care for historical sites
- Follow guide instructions
- Be courteous to others
- Dress modestly at religious sites
Note: Disruptive behavior may result in tour removal without refund.
12 Feedback & Complaints
