Your Egypt adventure begins today as you board your flight to Cairo. When you land at Cairo Airport, you will be greeted by our friendly tour guide who will help you with the visa and immigration process. You will then be transferred to your 5-star hotel in a comfortable vehicle, while enjoying the sights and sounds of Africa's biggest city. Once you reach the hotel, your guide will assist you with the check-in procedure. You have the rest of the day to relax and explore at your own pace.


This day starts with a visit to Cairo's biggest highlight – after breakfast, you'll journey with your guide to the magnificent:

Giza Pyramids Complex
This truly legendary historical Destination was constructed during the Reign of the 4th dynasty. Today this Monumental Site is still impressed by millions of Egyptian visitors as one of the World's Wonders. Three significant massive Pyramids of Stone are the most remarkable Monuments on the site and the largest one of them is the Pyramid of Cheops which is Built of 2,300,000 blocks of stone and dedicated to Pharaoh Khufu.

The Great Pyramid

Saqqara Step Pyramid
No visit to the Giza Complex is complete without the impressive first ever built Pyramid in Egypt. Saqqara Step Pyramid is the most remarkable achievement of King Djoser which had been structured within the period of the 3rd dynasty. This stepping stone building consists of 6 marvelous layers and stands at 203 feet.

You can also admire the beautiful tombs from the Old Kingdom with their unique paintings. After this captivating day, return to your hotel.

Salah El Din Citadel
Cairo Citadel is a spectacular fortification that was established in the ruling time of Salah EL Din Ayyubid to protect the City against the Crusader invasion. The process of the Citadel construction started in 1176 AD and was completed by 1182 AD.

Enjoy the breathtaking views of Cairo from the Citadel, and within it, discover one of the city's most beautiful structures:

Mohamed Ali Mosque
The Mohamed Ali Mosque was built between the dates of 1830 and 1848 by Muhamed Ali when he ruled Egypt after he decided to demolish the buildings of the Mamluks within the Citadel. He intended to build his Alabaster Mosque to be one of the most recognizable Islamic landmarks in Cairo.

Today is the last day of your Cairo tour. You will enjoy a delicious breakfast at your hotel, and then you will be driven to Cairo Airport to catch a flight to the next stop on your Egypt tour: Luxor, the "City of Palaces."

Leaving this unique valley and its magical atmosphere, you'll head to another enchanting location:

Hatshepsut Temple
Queen Hatshepsut is renowned as one of the most successful Pharaohs of Ancient Egypt and the only female ruler in the history of Egypt. Queen Hatshepsut's reign was peaceful and prosperous therefore, as a result, she earned a wide variety of achievements and one of them was her own Mortuary Temple which commemorates all her great works on its walls.

Enjoy the view from the terraces of the temple overlooking Luxor and the Nile Valley. Then continue the journey with a stop to visit:

Colossi of Memnon
The legendary Colossi of Memnon is the protector of the Mortuary Temple of Amenhotep III. The Temple consists of two outstanding twin statues that sit at the entrance of Luxor and it gained its fame due to its majestic appearance.

Afterward, you will be escorted back to your ship. Following lunch on board, the ship departs towards Edfu via the Esna lock. In the afternoon, enjoy the journey from Luxor to Edfu on the ship. You have ample time to relax on the sun deck.

Edfu Temple
A majestic Temple dedicated to the Horus Edfu Temple is considered by most to be the best-preserved cult Temple in Egypt. According to the Egyptian myths, the Temple was believed to be the place where Horus the falcon-headed God revenged the murder of Osiris his Father by killing Seth.

After the Edfu Temple, your dream journey continues, and the ship sets sail towards Kom Ombo. In the afternoon, you will visit:

Kom Ombo Temple
Standing on high grounds overlooking the Nile this Temple is different from other Temples because of its double entrance. The Temple of Kom Ombo was built in honor of two Deities the ancient falcon-headed Horus and the crocodile-headed Sobek, God of fertility and creator of the World. Also, the importance of the Kom Ombo lies in its huge sugar cane.
