For your Egypt tour to Cairo and Luxor, you will fly to Cairo today. Upon arrival at Cairo Airport, our tour guide will warmly welcome you and assist with immigration and visa formalities. During the transfer to your 5-star hotel, you'll get a first impression of the bustling life in the largest city in Africa. After arriving at the hotel, your guide will assist you with the check-in. The rest of the day is at your leisure.


Today, you embark on a journey into the Old Kingdom of Egypt, exploring the oldest pyramids in the country. After breakfast at the hotel, your guide will pick you up in a private comfortable vehicle, and your first destination is:

Saqqara Necropolis
Saqqara is one of Egypt's oldest and largest cemeteries, home to the first pyramid in Egypt, the Step Pyramid of King Djoser from the 3rd Dynasty around 2650 BCE. It consists of 6 steps with a height of 62 m. This pyramid marks the beginning of pyramid construction in Egypt. Originally planned as a square mastaba by Imhotep, it's now possible to explore the Step Pyramid from the inside.

In Dahshur, you can explore the Red Pyramid and the Bent Pyramid of King Sneferu from the 4th Dynasty. The Red Pyramid is the third-largest pyramid in ancient Egypt, even surpassing the Khafre Pyramid in its base dimensions. Visitors are allowed to enter the Red Pyramid.

This truly legendary historical Destination was constructed during the Reign of the 4th dynasty. The Great Pyramid

Luxor Temple
In the World's Largest Outdoor Museum, the Temple of Luxor is a mark of Ancient Civilization and truly is a remarkable Monument in the heart of Luxor City. Luxor Temple unlike the other Temples in the City was not constructed for the worship of a figure or a God of the Kings but was constructed solely for the rejuvenation of Kingship.

Habu Temple
Medinet Habu was commissioned by Ramesses III and it is a stunning insight due to its pylon and a lot of the original decorations which are still very well preserved on its walls. Medinet Habu served as a walled City with the Habu Temple and an administrative center inside to protect the original Inhabitants during wartime.

Ramesseum Temple
A memorial temple built by Pharaoh Ramesses II, also known as Ramesses the Great, in the 13th century BC. It is located on the west bank of the Nile River, across from the modern city of Luxor, in the Theban Necropolis. The temple was dedicated to the god Amon and the deceased king, and it was decorated with scenes of his military victories, such as the Battle of Kadesh. The temple is also famous for its colossal statue of Ramesses II, which was 17 meters high and weighed more than 1000 tons. Only fragments of the statue remain today.

The final point of today's program is the ruins of an ancient Egyptian workmen's village:

Deir El-Medina
The Deir El-Medina or as it's named "The Workers' Village", is the house of the Craftsmen who served the Kings and the Ruling Families. It is the finest example of an Ancient well-preserved Town and over 70 Families lived in this place while they were working for the Royal Tombs like Valley of the Kings.

After the last program, you leave Thebes West and enjoy your last lunch in Luxor. Subsequently, you are escorted back to your hotel.
